This document clarifies the terms, conditions, and interpretations used throughout the Carolina Waters game and its associated website. By accessing or playing, you agree to these clarifications.

Game Scope and Content

Carolina Waters is a kayaking adventure simulator focused on exploration, challenges, and environmental discovery. The game does not represent real-world locations, events, or persons. All waterways, landmarks, and wildlife are fictional.

All in-game regions, including rivers, lakes, and coastal areas, are entirely fictional and do not correspond to real geographic locations.
Any resemblance to actual places, events, or individuals is coincidental.
The game does not provide navigational, safety, or survival advice for real-world kayaking.

Equipment and Upgrades

In-game equipment, including kayaks, paddles, and accessories, are virtual items with no real-world counterpart. Their performance characteristics are designed solely for gameplay balance and entertainment.

No in-game equipment is certified, tested, or recommended for actual water sports.
Upgrade paths and statistics are fictional and do not reflect real product specifications.
References to materials, weights, or durability are for narrative purposes only.

Challenges and Progression

Adventure challenges, time trials, and expedition tasks are game mechanics. They do not represent real athletic achievements or environmental conditions.

Difficulty levels are relative to in-game progression and may not correspond to real-world skill requirements.
Unlockable regions and items are part of a fictional progression system.
No real-world rewards, prizes, or certifications are associated with completing in-game tasks.

Environmental and Wildlife Depictions

The game features fictional flora, fauna, and ecosystems. These are artistic representations and do not constitute scientific or environmental data.

All wildlife behaviors and interactions are scripted for entertainment and do not reflect real animal behavior.
Environmental conditions such as weather, currents, and tides are simulated and may not be accurate for real-world planning.
